Hi friends,

I'm more than a little bit pleased to introduce some new folks who have jumped onboard with Bevel Summers in recent weeks. These new guys (and gal!) are becoming close as family to me and have put their heart and soul into turning the Bevel Summers songs into a new, revamped, and totally awesome sound complete with a full electric band and three part vocal harmonies. It's been a real pleasure rehearsing and hanging out. We've been writing a lot of new tunes, too, and can't wait to share it all with you in the coming months!

We'll be playing our first real show locally at The Cave on Saturday 6/23!

The new members and their respective instruments include:

Dylan Turner- Bass, Drums, Guitar, Keys, Vocals

Alicia Best- Vocals, Blues Kazoo, Percussion

Jack Fleishman- Drums, Banjo

Will Franke- Fiddle, Mouth Trombone (no, but really)

(as an addendum here, David Hutcheson is still a part of Bevel Summers from his new home in NYC. Somebody gave him a Creative Writing MFA scholarship. Go figure.)
